Learn how you can use the Credits Report to see which PD events staff members at your district are registered for, and how many credits they've received.
Please note: this article is primarily for users with a Coach role and above, at districts who use Grow to manage Professional Development.
To access this report, click Learn then Credits Report.
Use the filters and options on the left to select your search criteria, then click Update Filters to see results.
The results table will show events and users that match all of the criteria you selected. You'll find names, emails, and other details regarding participants and the PD events they've registered for. In the far right columns, you'll see the number of credits that have been awarded to each registrant for each event, as well as the total number of credits available for each event. If you see a dash in the "credits earned" column, that means this person has not yet received credits.
Tip: To see more columns at once, click the arrows in the top left of the results table. Then simply click the arrows again to show filters and options again.
