Learn how to use the Data Dashboard to track touchpoint frequency alongside the latest Action Steps.

The Data Dashboard is a frequency report that allows you to track usage rates and the latest Action Items at your school(s). You can access this dashboard by going to Reports > Frequency Reports > Data Dashboard.
Don't see this dashboard in your Frequency Reports? Contact your Customer Success Manager to get it set up!
At the top of the dashboard, you'll see the total number of touchpoints recorded in the last 30 days and this school year, as well as the average number of touchpoints shared by each coach during those timeframes.
In the lower part of the dashboard, the Teachers tab shows frequency information for each of your teachers alongside the most recent Action Step they received. The columns are customizable and can include Observations, Draft Observations, Meetings, Quick Feedback, Action Steps, and Goals. You'll always see the Days Since Last Touchpoint, Avg. Days Between Touchpoints and Touchpoints Last 30 Days.
The Coaches tab shows frequency rates for each observer and the Schools tab shows the frequency of touchpoints shared by School Administrators.
