Learn how to utilize the Cycles Dashboard to track required touchpoints.
Please note: this article is primarily for users with a Coach role and above at organizations that use Cycles. If you are interested in setting up Cycles, please contact your school leader or CSM/A.
The Cycles Dashboard is a great tool to hold yourself & your team accountable to giving specific feedback in Grow!
Go to Reports > Cycle Reports > Cycles Dashboard.
In the top panel, you can select the Cycle and School, as well as toggle on My Evaluator Load, to see only users who have you listed as their Evaluator. After you've selected your filters, make sure to click Update Filters. You can also click View Cycle Info in the top right corner to see the specific information about the cycle you selected.
Once your table has populated, you'll see the Recipient, Evaluator (if applicable), Cycle, and Due Date. The Completed column shows the number of events that have been completed, compared to the number of events required in the cycle.
To see the breakdown of cycle events for a specific user, click the down arrow next to their name.
You can now see:
- Needed Events: Events that are required in the cycle and have not yet been completed, scheduled, or linked.
- Scheduled & In Progress Items: Events that have been scheduled or started (i.e. a draft observation or unshared meeting.)
- Completed Items: Events that have been completed and are linked to the cycle.
