Instructions for KIPP Texas users on finding and mastering Impact Statements.
Please Note: This article only applies to users from KIPP Texas with a Coach role and above.
Find Assigned Impact Statements
To locate a user's Impact Statements, you can utilize the Touchpoint Dashboard or use the magnifying glass to navigate directly to their profile.
From the Touchpoint Dashboard, click the blue Impact Statements button to the right of any user's name to view their Action Step manager.
Note: Filter the table by text to quickly find a user.

If you're using the magnifying glass to go directly to a user's profile, you can locate the Impact Statements manager on the Overview tab.

Mark Impact Statements as Mastered
Once the Action Step task is complete, click the green Active button and select Mastered to update its progress.

Tracking Active versus Mastered Impact Statements
You can access the Action Items Report by going to Reports > Coaching Reports > Action Items Report

Using Options & Filters, select Impact Statements as your Action Item Type, and then filter by School(s) and Preset Date Option or custom Start and End Dates. Results can also be further filtered by Grade and Course. Once your filters are set, click Update Filters.

From here you can toggle between Active and Mastered Goals or Impact Statements. Progress may also be marked by color-coded flags triggered by how long the touchpoint has remained active.

Note: Use the Filter Table by Text box to search for a specific user.
