Learn about the Quick Feedback feature and how to use it.
Please note: this article is primarily for users with a Coach role and above.
Quick Feedback is Grow's version of a digital sticky note. It's a fast, efficient way to informally share feedback with an observee without opening a full Observation form.
To begin, click Start then Give Quick Feedback. Then you'll be prompted to select the observee who you'd like to send feedback to.

The Shared feedback box at the top of the form is shaded peach, which indicates the observee will see what's typed there. The Private note box is not visible to the observee.

If you scroll down, you'll see that you can assign a new Action Step, tag the Quick Feedback, and decide whether or not you'd like to send an email notification. In the Notify Coaches And Leaders box, you can check off any coaches you would like to notify of this Quick Feedback.

Lastly, you can check off any Co-Observees who should also receive this Quick Feedback. The Quick Feedback and Action Step will be assigned to them, but they will not be aware of anyone else receiving this feedback. Then just click Submit!

Find Quick Feedback
To find past Quick Feedback that you have completed, click Start and then select Find Quick Feedback.

Use the filters at the top of the page to narrow your search by School or Date Range. Use the Filter table by text search bar to filter by teacher or coach. Then click on View Feedback to see the Quick Feedback.

Edit Quick Feedback
Once you've found and opened your Quick Feedback, simply click Edit at the top of the Quick Feedback to edit the content.

Once you're finished editing, click Update, and your edits will save.
