Learn how to respond to feedback from your lesson plan review!
Please note: this article is primarily for users with a Teacher role at districts with the Lesson Plan Feedback feature enabled. If you are interested in setting this up for your site, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager/Associate.
Has your supervisor or coach requested changes to your lesson plan? Read on to learn how you can re-submit and finalize your lesson plan!
Go to Start > Find Lesson Plans.
If you need to resubmit your lesson plan, your coach will either send you an email notification or you can look in the Status column to see Resubmission Requested. Click View & Resubmit on the right-hand side to read their feedback.
Once you’ve implemented your coach’s feedback, click the green Resubmit button to upload the newest version of your lesson plan. You can choose to upload your updated file from your device or Google Drive.
Once you've selected your file, you'll also receive a prompt asking if you'd like to save your lesson plan to My Files. This will not share the file with anyone but will save it to your Grow account.
Your lesson plan will now say Resubmitted under status and will be sent back to your coach for review. Once your coach approves your lesson plan, the status will say Approved.
