Learn how to find an account that has been deleted and reactivate it.
Please note: this article is primarily for users with a Network Sub-Admin role and above.
First, go to the Users page from the configure wheel dropdown, then click View Archived.


On the lefthand side, you can select a specific school to search through, or you may have an All Schools option that searches for all archived users on the site. On the left, you can start typing in the individual's name to narrow the search. Then click on the name of the person whose account you'd like to restore.

Click on the green Restore button in the top right of the user page, and the account will be reactivated!
Note: You will want to ensure that the account has the correct role associated with it. Click View/Edit to view and adjust permissions.
