How do I select an Observation form?

Learn how to select a particular Observation/Evaluation template.

Please note: This article applies to all users.

To begin, click Start and then Observe. 

Select your observee in the first pop-up.

Next, use the dropdown to select the observation/evaluation form you'd like to use, then click Start. 

If your school or district groups forms into categories (ie. Evaluation Forms & Coaching Forms), you will see an additional selector to pick a category of forms, which will then narrow down the list of forms to choose from. Click Start to begin an observation on the selected form for the selected observee.
